At the moment we provide agency-based Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Telegram Ads, Geozo, Reddit, Taboola, Bigo and Mintegral accounts.

Agency accounts are registered to a legal entity and are more trustworthy for websites, which improves both moderation capabilities and potential account costs, as well as reduces the number of bans.
The service fee depends on the platform and products.
Currently, the commissions are as follows:
The fee is charged when you add funds to your ad accounts from your Traffic Heroes balance. When you return funds back to your balance, the fee is returned along with it.
The exact amount to be charged or returned is shown as you carry on with the operation.
We do not charge any additional fees on balance top-up, spend, and/or card transactions, including decline fees.
The Value Added Tax (VAT) rate depends on the country of the payment profile and may range from 0% to 20% depending on the region.
Please note that running ad campaigns on different platforms may incur additional digital taxes, depending on the country of targeting.

Account requests are submitted via menu under Services - Advertising networks. We will send an invitation link to your email from the Google Ads account.
Accounts remain under our manager account so we can top them up for you.
Account requests are sumbitted via menu under Services - Advertising networks. You will receive an account creation notification by email within the day.
Please note that all ad assets are subject to pre-approval. We do not allow running ads on TikTok that were not approved by us. Doing so will result in account suspension; any unspent funds on the account will be forfeited.
To get an account you need to do the following:
- Go to the link.
- Enter the required email.
- Follow the link from the invitation email, then enter your name and account password.
- Register on Bigo Ads using the login and password.
A window will appear offering you the option to create a Business Center or an advertising account. DO NOT DO ANYTHING FROM THIS! - Submit a request for access to the account in the service, specifying the email you registered with Bigo Ads.
New clients can create 1 TikTok account at a time, with a minimal initial balance of $ 500.
You can request additional accounts via support, as long as there are no bans on your current TikTok accounts.
Yes, we provide refunds, except for bans caused by advertising prohibited verticals as specified in this FAQ.
All accounts are subject to pre-moderation and subsequent regular compliance checks on our side.
1. Advertising any goods or services that are prohibited by the specific ad network's policies or the laws of the target country is strictly forbidden across all advertising networks.
In particular, we do not allow the use of Malware, phishing, or any type of fraudulent schemes, including imitating third-party websites to collect login credentials.
Such violations will result in the immediate suspension of your Traffic Heroes account without refund.
2. Please take note of the list of topics prohibited by our internal policy:
- Crypto vertical;
- Investments, trading platforms;
- Legal aides, law firms and financial consulting;
- Payment systems, card top-ups, and online balance recharges;
- Recreational drugs, their derivatives and related products.
We allow certain exceptions for direct advertisers with the appropriate licenses and documentation. In all other cases, the use of these topics above in keywords, campaign content, and landing pages is prohibited. Failure to comply with topic restrictions may result in an increased service fee, restrictions on creating new accounts, or account suspension without refund.

We reserve the right to carry out the final ruling on a case to case basis.
If you need multiple accounts for team work, please use the team interface available under the Team header in the main menu, where you can manage multiple accounts for each buyer and control balances and permissions from the owner's account.
Otherwise we discourage creating multiple separate accounts for simultaneous access to the service; such accounts will be blocked.
No. Doing so will result in the suspension of service without a refund.
